Reserved for the storage of foreign goods, Reg. EEC 2954/93. It is possible to store foreign goods without any time limit, keeping tax liabilities suspended until the products are actually withdrawn and put into consumption.
- TAX WAREHOUSE:
Allows the customer to benefit from a suspension of VAT payment at the time of customs clearance, both for stored goods and those in transit. In this case, the tax is only paid when the goods are actually sold within the national territory.
